Karen Polak

Karen Polak is a senior staff member at the Anne Frank House, working in the International Department, and has been a member of the Dutch delegation to the Task Force International Cooperation on Holocaust Education, Research and Remembrance (ITF) since 2001. She is a historian who has worked extensively in publishing and education. She runs a project with partners in sixteen European countries to combat anti-Semitism through education, and chairs the working group on the Roma genocide at that ITF. She regularly publishes articles and speaks in public about different aspects of Holocaust Education and Remembrance.
